New Features

- Gifting options simplify shopping season
New gifting options have been added to allow customers to add gift messages and gift wrap to orders. Gift orders ship with a gift receipt that includes the gift message, but not prices. Customers can now set their own pickup date and time from a store’s listed available pickup hours. This pickup scheduling feature can be accessed from both the online ordering page and the slide-out shopping cart. Learn more - Itemized taxes for pickup and delivery orders
More control over collecting the right amount of taxes for online orders is now available with new tax improvements. This gives store owners the ability to tax pickup and delivery orders differently from shipped orders. Learn more
Action Update
One of the most important initial purchases of any online entrepreneur is a domain. Square has made it simple for users to easily purchase domains or add existing domains to their accounts. Users retain complete control of the DNS, CNAME, A Records and WHOIS information while easily connecting to their Square Online account to launch their ecommerce site fast. Square also provides free domain privacy protection.
In order to bring our domain commissions into parity across all our products, we are updating our actions to pay a $5 flat bounty on all domain purchases.
The Square Online Affiliate Program
Square Online offers a direct affiliate program through Impact.
As a new Square Online affiliate, you can earn $50 for subscription plan purchases and an additional $50 when a new seller you refer makes their first sale via their new store. The program offers a 30 day referral period. Some restrictions do apply, so please review the payout details.
