Since 1999, Karen Garcia has profitably managed dozens of affiliate programs on many different network platforms. She has led large inter/national brands and niche merchants to unprecedented affiliate marketing success. A recipient of the 2009 ShareASale “Pay It Forward” Award for Industry Advocate, Karen also earned a 2016 Pinnacle Award nomination for Affiliate Manager of the Year.
Karen served on the Board of Directors for the Performance Marketing Association for three terms as an officer. She continues to serve on the Publisher Recruitment Council. In addition, Karen is regularly sought out as an expert in affiliate and performance marketing. She is a consummate leader, not only excelling in her fields but lifting everyone else up as she does so.
