Karen has eighteen years of experience in e-commerce and marketing. Since 1999, she has consulted on and profitably managed dozens of affiliate programs on many different network platforms ranging from large national brands to niche merchants. She was awarded the 2009 ShareASale “Pay It Forward” Award for Industry Advocate for her work, speaks often at conferences, and has many published industry articles.
She also served on the Board of Directors for the Performance Marketing Association for three terms as an officer. She was honored with a 2016 Pinnacle Award nomination for Affiliate Manager of the Year.
Farmer, book collector, and foodie, Angel Djambazov has spent his professional career in the fields of journalism and digital marketing. In his journalistic career he worked as an editor on several newspapers and was the founding Editor-in-Chief of Wyoming Homes and Living Magazine. Later his career path led to digital marketing where, while working at OnlineShoes, he earned the Affiliate Manager of the Year (2006) award at the Affiliate Summit, and In-house Manager of the Year (2006) award by ABestWeb.
Parlaying those awards Angel launched Custom Tailored Marketing and became the agency of record for Jones Soda and KEEN for which he won his second Affiliate Manager of the Year (2009) award at Affiliate Summit. In 2010 he won his third Pinnacle Award from Affiliate Summit for Affiliate Marketing Advocate of the Year. In 2011 Angel was listed as one of the Top 25 Performance Marketing Influencers according to an ImpactRadius survey. An entrepreneur at heart Angel was on the founding team and served as the CMO for the startup PopShops.com which was acquired by Rakuten LinkShare in 2013.
Joel has been involved in online marketing since 2005 and worked in large format advertising prior. He has a background in computer programming and has been using his technical and design skills to develop custom software solutions, websites and advertisement creative for over two decades. Joel specializes in creating innovative solutions to generate results for clients. He helps clients implement tracking integration, product datafeeds, channel reporting, and assists in trouble shooting client systems.
