
The Unity affiliate program had been live but rudderless and under-performing. When Lab6 was brought on board the client wanted to see immediate growth or they were going to shutter the program in its entirety.
Now in the 2nd year of managing the program for Unity, our team has expanded support for Unity affiliates globally, fixed a multitude of API issues network side, and also driven tremendous growth in channel. By June of 2018 we had surpassed all of 2017’s revenue and we hadn’t even hit the Holiday Season yet, the 2nd biggest sales period of the year for Unity (May is the largest due to a popular, yearly sale). By December 2018 we had tripled revenue goals.
